Hi just upgraded my PC with a new motherboard and processor. I have been
asked for the activation product key from my software . But when inserted it
says that key is already in operation.
Any ideas anyone

It is in use: by you, because of your initial Activation.

Simply follow the on-screen instructions to activate by telephone.
There is no charge.

Same as it does everywhere else. If you select the telephone option you
should be given an 0800 number to call.
