I am running Windows Vista Ultimate, Office Pro 2007. I used to be able to
select certain items in an email (Outlook) to print because I would
eliminate all of the lines not necessary for the info I need for a hard
copy. How can I highlight what I need to print? Where in the world is the
"print selection" option now?

Open the message, then click Actions>View Message in Browser. You'll then
have the ability to select a region.

Wow! MS is really taking security to some extremes! I understand that email
is a major concern but why not have settings for beginners, intermediate and
advanced? At least we can set some things the way we want. MS shouldn't feel
that they must lead us by the hand................

Why? Because anything bad that happened as a result of leaving such options available would be blamed on Microsoft, not on the person to opted for lax security.

In truth, I know that, but were I in charge, I'd opt for less control by
fiat and assume people are smarter than the decision makers at MS seem to
believe.
