When I close Outlook it asks me if I want to save backup copies. When I click
on "Save Backup" I get an error message that says, "Error copying file or
Folder" & "Cannot copy Outlook2: the process can not access the file because
another process has locked a portion of the file." So what do I need to do
to save a backup copy? I don't know what to do to close Norton if that is
what has integrated with it and is causing it. What do I need to do?

You have some other application with a lock on the PST and it's preventing
the copy from taking place.

It could be Norton (uninstall it to find out) or it could be something else,
like a desktop search app.
