When ever I visit a site that has information that comes up in a seperate
window the window pops up and then disapears real fast so I can't read or
access the information. What do I do

Perhaps you have a second popup stopping application installed? If you do
then one's enough. In most cases you can press and hold the CTRL key and it
will allow popups, that seems to be the defacto standard for most of the
applications I've used. You can also, depending on the popup stopper you're
using, opt to place the site into a trusted zone where popups will be
allowed.
