Another Outlook 2003 Hang/Hourglass

I have been looking for a remedy for this particular issue that wont
go away.

I have a User running WInXpSp2/Outlook 2003 SP3. Outlook is configured
to work with our Exchange 2003 server.

The problem started last week Friday and it has now been almost a week
and I still have the same problem.

The problem:

Upon opening Outlook (in Online mode) I wait a few seconds and then I
will go to open any email at ramdom and I will get hourglass icon that
will not close unless I kill Outlook from the task manager or simply
Xing out of the application.

I have also look for spyware/adware any resource hogging applications
that may cause this to happend but the PC is clean. I have nothing to
fault this on.

Outlook is set to rich text format and there are other mailboxes that
are link to this client but they all work in the "online mode" not
"cache"

Cache mode or not I still have the same problem I cant open emails
attachement or not it hangs!

I have also tried clean installation with no sucess. So I come here to
see if anyone can help me find some answers.

I will appreciate any guidance.
