I ran into this with my 7600GS when I first installed, it seems vista
defaulting to the DVI as the primary display.
I was fortunate though, my card came with a DVI-SVGA adaptor and was able to
run my CRT off the DVI port.
once in, I was able to set everything straight.
So I recommend finding an adaptor if you card did not come with one.
