I just loaded windows XP professional on my computer.
When ever I scroll on an internet page...it doesn't gives
me "waves" on the screen as it goes either down or up.

On my old system...whenever I scrolled...it was smooth
with no appearance of "waves" or the pages re-setting.

Anyone have some good suggestions on how I can fix this
problem?

Thanks in advance...!

Visit the website of the manufacturer of your video card,
search for the latest Windows XP drivers, download and
install them. If you have a notebook computer, visit the
manufacturer's support website and download the latest
video adapter drivers designed for Windows XP.

After installing the new video drivers, right-click on your
desktop and select: Properties > Settings. Change the color
quality to Highest (32-bit), then change the Screen Resolution
to your desired setting.
