Another MS Query question

When running an SQL string the data is returned with blue formatting and a
column heading/drop down thingie at the top of each column.

I can live with the black on blue formatting but I CANNOT live with the
column heading. I can use ".listobject.showheaders=False" to turn the header
off but only AFTER the fact; it brings the header back, expands the width of
the column and then it is turned back off.

I am trying to run two macro's back to back and return data in two adjacent
rows and the second macro fails because it thinks it is overwriting the
previous data.

How do I either turn off the header or tell the macro to overwrite?

Thanks.
