Additionally, I see "You do not have any accounts configured for sending
email. Please verify your account configuration." This seems to only occur
where I attempt to send an email to an address embedded on a website. Before
I get here, I click an "Allow" button in response to a IE security pop up
advising the program is outside of the IE protected mode. When I choose the
"allow" button to continue I am promted for the Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP)
server and the Outgoing email server (SMTP) name. I tried setting the
defaults as discussed here in chat which did not help. Any ideas?

"Additionally" to what? If you are responding to a previous post, the custom
here is to quote it.

There is no "chat" facility in this newsgroup.
Your mail account settings (including server names) must follow the instructions
published by your mail service provider. Who provides your email service?
Or to ask that question another way, what is the part of your email address
after the @ symbol? If you need more help, tell us the name of your email
service provider.
