another memory mngr question

is there a memory manager (for both winxp and win2k) that'll free up ram
when computer is idle ?

thought there was a no intall version posted here recently but can't seem
to find it.

I've been using cacheman 5.50 on my Win2K laptop - seems to work very
well. But, it's not a 'no install' prog.

i'll try it out, thx. i'll keep looking for that no install too.
