vbScripter is now available for free at www.vbscripter.com so you can make
vb logon scripts for mapping drives (disconnecting all user created ones
that interfere) and installing printers (set your choice for the default).

The vb backup script I promised is coming shortly!

Tried this on a test PC and it worked right up until it went to write the
script. Came up with an error titled Scriptwriter and the message File not
Found. Even if I created a blank script file and pointed to that it gave
the same answer. Will watch this conversation to see if it can be fixed or
is it a virus?? Will wipe that machine soon anyway.

John,

I too have the same problem as you. I looks great if we can get it to
generate the script.
Any one any ideas?

TIA

mud on my face there....making it free we didn't remove all the unlock
stuff....a new version will be available soon to fix that. Sorry. Also, it
"may" work on an XP pro box though so give it a shot there.

I got the same error, "File Not Found" at the end. Too bad, it looked
promising.
