Somehow must've launched IE by mistake, then hit the F11
key by mistake to open in full screen mode, then minimized
the Explorer tool bar and moved the controls just off
screen at the same time and just out of reach.
Now what secret keystroke sequence can do all of that?
Disregard the message below. Found the problem.... user
error (mine - what a goof!). Only took 1-1/2 hrs to fix
this one. hrrumph!
