Lots of people still make and sell 9800 non pros. Check the brand listings
at
www.newegg.com for Sapphire and PowerColor, and look under the video card
listings at
www.pricewatch.com
You're right to be cautious about what you're getting. There's a big
difference in price and performance between an SE, a 9800 and a Pro, but not
all vendors are honest about what they're actually selling.
