If you only want basic concealment of your IP address, you can use a web
based anonymous emailer. Here's a list:

(Send a test message to yourself first, to check whether the remailer
really removes your IP address and which information it adds to your
message.)
However, if you'd take the trouble to learn to use Mixmaster software, your
actual IP address will be more difficult to trace and your anonimity will
be better protected.
A remailer client like Jack B. Nymble 2.1.4, also known as JBN2, provides
better anonimity:
