anolog to dvi monitor card

-- hi, does microsoft or others make a card to switch my anolog imagery to
dvi.

The images created by your computer are digital. If you are using a CRT
monitor, your video card is converting the digital images to analog
signals. If you are using an LCD monitor, which is also a digital
device, there is no need for conversion.

If your video card does not have a DVI output - i.e., if it outputs only
analog signals - your LCD monitor has the ability to convert the analog
signals back to digital.

The upconversion is definitely not the same quality as the digital signal
through DVI.
