How can i setup Outlook 2003 to rimind me annually?

Any help would be appreciated.

Create a calendar item set the recurrence to Annual. Easy.

What you are asking is really simple. Have you even tried reading the
Outlook help?

I don't mind pitching in to assist those having real problems, but you
haven't even made any sort of effort as far as I can see.
