annoying run dll error loading EGCOMSERVICE_1040.dll box on startu

When I open my desktop I get a box which says: run dll error loading
EGCOMSERVICE_1040.dll The specified module could not be found. I tried to go
to the registry and I deleted all data which had anything to do with
EGCOMSERVICE. I still get this box. What can I do next?
