I am having a real problem with my Internet Explorer. I can only assume that's where the problem lies. Almost every time I open IE, I get a new window that pops up on top of the one I opened - it says page cannot be displayed and it is trying to go to the following "address". Bear in mind - I am not doing this - it is happening all on it's own.

I cannot uninstall IE for some reason. I went to Add/Remove, but the only program that was listed was the last IE update which I uninstalled. But now when I go to Add/Remove IE is NOT listed. At all.
This is a REALLY annoying problem and I can't seem to figure out what's going on. What is telling these windows to pop up?
