Uncheck the option to use free/busy information. This is only really useful
for checking on others availability. If you are just scheduling one person,
you can easily see when that person is free or busy.

While thinking hard, Stephanie <(E-Mail Removed)>
queried:
| This dialog box pops up many times a day while updating
| the calendar in outlook.
|
| "Unable to update public free/busy data. Operation
| failed."
|
| We are not running an exchange server, we are not
| scheduling meetings for multiple people. We are just
| using the calendar to schedule appointments for one person.
|
| Any idea on how to get rid of it?
| Thanks!
