Annoying "Enter Network Password" Box

's Computer Specifications

Has anyone out there had a problem with the
annoying "Enter Network Password" box continuously popping
up ever few minutes or so. Okay so shoot me for still
running Win98 and Outlook 2002 synch'd to a iPaq 5550.

Aside from upgrading to XP, does anyone have any ideas how
I can stop this from occuring??
