Annoying desktop toolbar!!!

      17th Feb 2007
I had cause to change display setting, when i returned to desktop screen i
had a large toolbar taking about 1/4 of the screen (above start button). I
have tried restarting computer, system restore (but it won't restore as there
have been no changes since last restore point). Toolbar has FOLDER TASKS,
OTHER PLACES & DETAILS as drop down menus.

Does anyone know how to get rid of this damn thing, cos it's doing my swede
in!!!!
