Only if you tell us for which firm, please ... :-)

You can find templates offered by Microsoft at the following URL:

Most likely, you're not searching for "templates" but for boilerplate
text. [Because, hopefully, your company has Office templates honoring
its CI already. But then again, if it doesn't have Corporate
Communications ...]

With a topic like this, using the search engine of your trust might lead
to better results. Usenet/forums for Microsoft Word deal with the
technical aspects of templates (how to achieve a desired result), less
with the content.
