Remote Office version 1.8 released!

From this version on, Remote Server and Remote Service will notify the users
sitting in from of remote PC when someone starts a Remote Desktop session to
view or control his/her Desktop, regardless of Client or Admin the other
user used to start the Session. This may be bad news for someone who would
like to use Freeware Remote Office to spy on other people, but very good
news for your customers.

For example, if your customer sees that he's been notified every time you
start watching or working with his PC, (leaving a small icon visible as long
as remote Desktop session is in progress and enabling the user to close the
session himself, without closing the Server or Service), he might feel more
comfortable with the fact that you can control his PC remotelly.

This feature is not limiting you in any way. Connection is being open
immediatelly and you can view/control the PC, as long the user sitting in
front of that PC doesn't close the Session (which now he can, without
closing the Server or Service). This means that you can use the new Remote
Office version as you're used to from all prior versions, only to the
addition that a small dialog will be displayed on Server screen every time
you start a new Remote Desktop session, and a small icon-like window will
remain visible as long as this session is open (you can move the small
window simply by dragging it).

By using the new Remote Server or Service, you will allways be notified when
new remote Desktop sessions are opened to you PC, regardless of Remote
Client or Admin the other side used to open the connection.

Best Regards,
