ANN: OpenNETCF Smart Device Framework installer update

's Computer Specifications

Good news! I've just uploaded a new installer which supports
installation on a non-English OS.

http://www.opennetcf.org/smartdeviceframework.asp

As this is only a change to the installer, the Smart Device Framework
version numbers have not changed.

I forgot to mention that you will need to uninstall the Smart Device
Framework before using this new installer.
