We are pleased to announce the release of Spawn version 1.9.9. New in this
release:

* Spawn now has comprehensive "What's this?" help. Just click the question
mark button and then anything in the dialog for help.
* Corrected a problem that would sometimes cause the "Show cursor as a
hand" to not be retained between Spawn sessions.
* Changed the implementation of the "Show cursor as a hand" function to
make it cross-browser compatible.
