NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable Package Beta 1 (x86)
CODE COVERAGE EDITION

The .NET Framework Code Coverage Edition is a new mechanism that enables you to give
Microsoft direct feedback on what portions of the .NET Framework and Win32 you're most reliant on.

What does Microsoft hope to accomplish?
By analyzing the data you and other users provide us, we're better able to see which parts
of .NET Framework and Win32 code (via PInvoke) get used by our customers.
This information will help us with better understanding of customer code usage,
help better direct our testing efforts to improve quality, and help ensure
better compatibility between releases.

cool tool, but a bit tedious to use: from MSDN
--

Important: You cannot install this alongside the normal .NET Framework
version 2.0 on the same machine, and should avoid installing this on a
machine with any version of the .NET Framework already on it. You should
also reformat your machine after you're finished with this product, or
create a restore point prior to this install so you can restore it once you'
re done.
