For anyone interested in accessing the Windows Address Book (WAB) API
through a managed interface, please check out
http://www.sichbo.ca/DotNetCode/1203. Managed C++ tutorial, source code and
pre-compiled .dll are available.

Please note that this was my first attempt at actually writing anything C++,
hopefully it's not too aweful! Have a look anyway if you get stuck accessing
the WAB like I did.
