I am preparing a presentation for a meeting room, I was informed that the
meeting room cannot display my animation unless I convert the photos to GIF
Animation, files, the GIF animation creation does not include the animation I
would like to include. Can anyone tell me how to provide the animation in my
PowerPoint so it can be displayed in an online meeting room? Should I save
it as another type of file such as a web page or something?

It sounds as if the online meeting space has some very specific
requirements. Anything we suggest regarding different file types may not
work in the meeting space.

I'd ask the company who hosts the meeting. Or maybe ask your GIF creation
software people if there's an easy way to create whatever animation it is
you're after.

If the meeting space can handle Flash, you could convert your PPT file to
Flash using something like Articulate. http://www.articulateglobal.com

Thank you very much for your response, I will find out if they support flash
and convert if necessary.
