I have a picture in my website of a building that I would like to make spin
when the page opens (as if it is caught in a tornado), then stop. Is there
some way to do this with FP? Or do I need something else? Please help.

I'd suggest using either Flash or an animated GIF and neither of which can
be created in FronPage.
