animated screen capture program

i'm looking for a (no install) screen capture program that'll capture whole
screens and mouse clicks / keypresses (for tutorials) and save them in avi
(preferrably) or mpg format. the few that i have come across are $$$ ware.

basically it has to fit on a usb drive.
