I have been playing with FrontPage for while and have set up a couple of
sites with no problem, now I am trying to set up a new site, and for some
reason the animated gifs that are working on other sites are not working.
They are not working in preveiw, nor are they working when uploaded to the
site.
Since the same gifs are working on other webpages, I must have something set
wrong. Any suggestions?

File import the animation gifs and don't let FP save then
(by resizing or editing them in FP - that will make them static gifs)

If you resize the gif in any program, then it will convert it to static gif
and you will lose your animation.
If you want to resize and leave the animation, then you will need an
animation program to do so.

Paint Shop Pro had an animation feature for this. I do not know if the
latest version has it or not.
There are other ones out there. Do a Google search and there might be some
free ones out there.

Hope this helps ...
