if you just put them on the page (in FrontPage) they'll "run".
If you're using FrontPage 2003 you could probably make a pop-up layer easily
enough for your pop-up.
You could look at
www.jimcoaddins.com for the spawn add-in to make the
pop-up window.
To check your animation just hit the preview in a browser button on the tool
bar or click: file/ preview in browser. sometimes animations don't play in
various FrontPage views.
