I am not able to view animated Gif's in my e-mails. Is there a setting I
need to change?

By the way, I can view them when other people send them to me. But I cannot
forward them (they lose their animation)...or I cannot create a new e-mail
with a saved animation copied and pasted into it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure Work is not your email editor. Go to tools>options>mail format>
and uncheck the "use microsoft word to edit email messages". Also, when
sending a .gif, open your new message, go to Insert>picture. Browse to the
file and click OK. The .gif should then embed into your email.
