when looking at a web page with Animated GIFs .... the GIFs are there but don't move

If I open an animated GIF in the I.E. 6.0 browser.... it is animated

But that exact same GIF .. when viewed in a web page ..doesn't move

Example : http://www.dridoc.com

There are animiated GIFs on all pages .. yet when I go to that website ... none of the GIFs move ..

I've cleared the Cache (Temporary Files) ... and the History File... and re-booted ...but still can't get them to display with animation .

I've had about 20 people check out the same site.... (all around the USA) .. and all report that GIFs are animated...

Any thoughts would be appreciated

System is NEW (about 4-weeks old) ... HP Pavilion running XP-Home with Intel P-4 2.8 Ghz... processor .

Any other information I can provide ... just ask ..

Why don't my animated gifs animate?

Take note of the mention of firewalls like @Guard as others like Zone
Alarm Pro and NIS may also have a disable option.

Alan: That fixed it. Problem was in Zone Alarm Pro Ad blocker .. Animated Ads Blocking was selected. Un-selecting it returned animation to GIFS.
