Animated GIF Blinking, not smooth

's Computer Specifications

I am on WINS 2000 and IE-6. The animated GIFs came out on the page are never
smooth showing and kind of blinking from 1 frame to the other and so on. I
still can see it but kind of annoying.

Anyone advise would be appreciated.

Could be a file association problem. See this site for possible help:
