I am using PP to review notes... I want the title to appear instantly and
then the text box below when I press mouse button
using custom animation I can only do it so that each bullet entry appears
seperately, I want the whole text box to appear at once. How do I do that?

In the custom animation pane (varies depending which version of PPT), change
the GROUP TEXT BY drop-down menu to AS ONE OBJECT (vs. By 1st Level
Paragraphs, or similar).

If all was built using the Master Slide text boxes - yes. Go to VIEW >>
MASTER >> SLIDE MASTER. Do the same thing (edit text to be AS ONE OBJECT)
and all slides that are built on the master slide text boxes will be set.
