Please - include more of the original post you are referring to in the
message.
Or better yet - present your problem and details.
At this point - I will assume you are using some flavor of VNC. I suggest
UltraVNC or TightVNC - for features, etc - but to each their own.
I will also assume you cannot connect (thanks to the little information in
the original subject line on both of these) to a machine at your workplace.
Did you make sure the correct ports are opened through your work firewall
(or forwarded)?
Are the server parts of the VNC system installed and configured properly?
What error messages (if any) do you get?
What operating system(s) are you using that requires you to use something
other than Remote Desktop?
