To and From Fields in Outlook 2003

We have over 50 users that are using Outlook 2003. It is installed by group
policy on all machines. On one of the users computers, periodically and for
no apparent reason, the "to" and "from" fields switch. In other words... In
the inbox where we normally see the "from" field, it changes to the "to"
field by itself. It was previously suggested that this was the result of a
views configuration and that a custom view would resolve the issue-- it has
not. It isn't a problem to change it back, but it is a huge nuisance to
continually need to swap the Fields. Anyone ever see this behavior before or
have another suggestion as to what can be done?

Did you try resetting the view? What does View>Arrange By>Current View show
as checked?

I'd reset the current view and the default view. In fact, I'd start Outlook
with the /cleanviews command switch.
