I have an issue where the "From" field in my inbox will inexplicably change
to the "To" field. At the same time, the "To" field in my sent folder will
also inexplicably change to the "From" field. I also have multiple .pst
files with the same issue occuring in some of the subfolders. I know how to
use the field chooser and I swap them back every time it happens, but it's
starting to get annoying.

I have never been able to pinpoint it to a specific action or group of
actions, but it seems to occur when I'm using the "Find" function looking for
certain words or numbers in a folder. If it matters, I receive, send, and
store relatively large emails with drawings (1MB - 5MB) and these emails are
typcially the ones I am searching.

Any insight will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

the view is getting messed up. are you using the default views or custom
views? if default, have you tried just resetting the view?
