Hi,

When I print a mail I have recieved the only thing that I see is the persons
reply. It does not print the part that says who it is from, who it is to and
the date and subject. Is there a solution for this

That sometimes happens when you are using Outlook 2003 or previous with
Internet Explorer 7. I haven't come across any of those messages yet and
don't know the exact cause or cure either.

I also experienced this problem, when i upgarde the IE from 6 to 7.
Only i can print out the details, but "From" & "To" both either cannot
display on may paper.

Hi. It happens to me. For some reason some in some e-mails messages that I
want to print it don't appear the Header (Name, From, To, Hour, Date, etc...
I prints the body immediatly.

Microsoft knows about this? Because, that information is very importante,
that information validates or not a e-mail.

Regards,
Marco

What i've had to do is resend the mail to yourself. You can then print it and
you will see the original mail is from whoever. Very annoying but works. Poor
show from microsoft, not being able to fix the problem. Internet explorer 7
is causing loads of problems with programs. I cannot even use it at home.
Keeps freezing on me. Had to switch to Firefox.

You're right it is a poor show from Microsoft, not being able to fi.. oh,
wait, they did.

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/931657 Call Microsoft, get the
fix, don't get charged since you're getting a hotfix for a product.

Anybody any suggestions?
