With WMM 1.0, you could use analog bypass (if your
camcorder supported it) to capture video. It appears that
that feature was disabled in WMM 2.0 - it now requires a
tape to be playing in order to capture. Does anyone know
A) how to re-enable this or B) how to remove WMM 2.0? I
think it's asinine to have to record something to tape
then turn around and record it to my hard drive when I
used to be able to skip the tape step.

Greg,

Maybe you want to have both MM1 and MM2 running in parallel. Use MM1 for
your capture and then MM2 for editing.

See the Setup... Software, and Problem Solving pages of www.papajohn.org
