I just completed a 145 page presentation and the anamation changed itself
allowing the title to anamate after the bullet showup. Basically the
presentation has reversed the order of every pagee.
Can I anamate an entire presentation at one time or do I have to change all
145 slides again? The anamation is the same title shows and 2 to 3 bullets
from the left.

Click on Slide Show, Animation Schemes, choose the best fit for your needs,
click on Apply to All Slides.

I would remove the animations on the individual slides and instead place the
animations on your masters. Any animation set on a master will be
automatically played before the animations on the individual slides. In
addition, you will only need to change the animations once if anything
changes later.
