I have a DB that I created and gave to another department to use. When the
user tried to "Analyze with Excel" The DB crashes, they get a do you want to
send message box with no real explanation of why and what happened.

If I try the same process, it goes thru with no problem. Im assuming its a
permission or some other type of security issue.

Can anyone help.

I've not heard of that particular problem, however whenever I hear that
something works on one computer, but not on others, the first thing to check
is service packs.

Is everyone running the same version of Access/Excel and is everyone up to
date with service packs? Check Help About on each machine.

(it's not a security issue, I'm sure)
