i need 2 change my administrators they won't let any of the usernames sign in

The ONLY reason any of the usernames unable to sign in is that their
accounts had been removed by the adm. Go check if that's the case.Assuming
you are one of the Administrators, open Control Panel > click Add or Remove
User Accounts. You can see how many accounts are in the computer. Just read
the options and you can add user accounts and remove Adm. accounts.
