Amending Web Sites

Windows wizard was used to set up a community group web site. Each page was
given a heading through if I remember correctly, the contents page. I now
wish to amend these headings but when I do so all pages have the same heading
and not the individual ones I want. I know it can be done but, for a silly
old codger, how ?
