I have Windows XP Media Center Edition 2002. I just remove the Roxio Media
creator 10 suite from my computer using the Add or Remove program of
Windows.

Now is it permissable to use the Registry Editor and use the Find procedure
of that program to locate and erase any mention of the Roxio Media creator
program from the registry?

Back up any keys before you delete them in case problems arise.

Adding to the replies posted by my predecessors: The easiest
way to back up the registry is to create a restore point in
System Restore.
