Anyone ever have a booting issue with this driver. I
have to copy it from a seperate install then go back and
rest my boot device to the one with the issue in bios to
fix the problem.

It causes screen to go nuts on boot. The one thing I
haven't tried yet is reinstalling the amd mini-port
drivers for agp.

I am using ASUS Dual Processor motherboard for AMD MP
processors... I have a TI4800SE Geforce 4 video card.
Any help would be great.

I am afraid I don't have any good news for you but ran across your post while searching for AMDAGP.SYS boot problems, because I am hanging at boot up with what apears to be this driver loading. have you figured anything out?
What really got my attention with your post though is that we are running the same board or I assume we are because i dont think asus made to many dual AMD boards. Mine is an A7M266D . This is a back up computer that I keep mainly for emergency and for my grandson to play games on when he's over. a couple weeks ago i lost the power supply in a firewall computer so I shut the asus down and borrowed the ps untill I could get another one in, now after reinstalling the Ps it wont boot past that driver???
