Either they put in the wrong processor or the FSB is set incorrectly. If you
paid for a XP2500+ contact the seller for correction.

The answer's simple (and no, they didn't put in the wrong CPU as an XP
processor with a clock speed of 1.1GHz doesn't exist). The FSB is set
incorrectly - you have a Barton CPU and, as such, it runs on a higher FSB
than the standard Athlon XP CPUs. The FSB is currently set at 100 - you need
to raise it to 166. How you do this is dependent on your BIOS - you would
need to consult your system or motherboard manual. This has nothing
whatsoever to do with Windows.
