Ironic, but it shows that so far AMD is not really playing any favourites.

AMD turns to Nvidia for Quadfather chipset
"The chipset which is as yet unannounced will include two x16 and two x8
PCI-e slots, and AMD was showing off a 4x4 system in their suite."
