I just don't get it. Outlook imports everything in the named range except for
one column - business postal code - in the middle of the spreadsheet. Why oh
why? Also, I cleaned out all the brackets and dashes from the phone numbers
in the spreadsheet but some have come backin the import!! Is this the
definitive haunted spreadsheet??? Seems that another file is getting mixed up
in the import. What is going on????

Did you map the fields during the import?

Hi Gordon - thanks for your reply. Yes I did. I stayed up all last night
and in in last resort I sorted the spreadsheet using the column that was not
imported as the key - and lo & behold it finally imported everything! This
is NOT a user-friendly program to say the least!. Thanks for your help and
interest Gordon, I appreciate the fact that while doing battle with microsoft
programs there's someone out there who is willing to listen.
